Mob Squad

The MMPAC Mob Squad performs flash mobs in a variety of locations in our community.  Not limited to Dance F/X company members, many MMPAC students have the opportunity to participate in these fun occasions.

Our first flash mob took place at a local Burger King in August, 2011.  The dancers, all students participating in MMPAC’s summer intensive, performed to Hot Lunch, entertaining the lunchtime crowd with what appeared to be a spontaneous event.

The second Mob Squad appearance was at Crumland Farms during its Fall Fun festivities on October 30.  Students enrolled in jazz classes at MMPAC learned a dance to Michael Jackson’s Thriller and surprised many people enjoying the beautiful fall afternoon.
