Faculty

Kitty Clark is a modern dancer, choreographer, and educator. For ten years she has been spearheading performance projects that have aimed to make contemporary dance and performance accessible to a broader audience. Kitty teaches dance to both children and adults. She currently teachers at Shepherd University and has previously taught at Smith and Hampshire Colleges (MA) and Shenandoah University (WV), Mid-Maryland Performing Arts Center, Joy of Motion Dance Center, Steffi Nossen School of Dance, the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson County, the WV Governor's School for the Arts, and in Shepherdstown. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Smith College and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Vassar College.
